We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated near the heart of the Medina in a peaceful residential area. We were able to explore the vibrant city easily, with the Souks and Jamaa el Fna just a short stroll away. The staff here were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The service provided, from room service to car hire, was top-notch and made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotlessly clean and tidy, ensuring we always had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel & Spa Riad Al Jazira. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with delicious mint tea and cookies. The staff were always friendly and polite, making us feel welcome. Our room was a bit small, but when we requested a larger room, we were promptly given a beautiful upgrade without any hesitation. The breakfast served by the pool was delicious, with a variety of Moroccan breads to try each morning. The hotel's courtyards were serene and tranquil, making it the perfect place to relax. the location was close to the medina and a taxi stand, great to easily explore Marrakesh. We highly recommend Riad Al Jazira for an excellent experience! we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hidden gem down some alleys in a residential area offers a peaceful retreat from the chaos.
